Trust me, I want to make your good efforts go farther. I have over ten years of experience in Food and Beverage and a long family history at that! I specialize in a variety of health supportive cooking styles, but mostly advocate a nutritional philosophy of traditional fats, sprouted grains, pastured meats, raw dairy and fermented foods.  I have experience in writing and editing, nutrition + wellness, herbal medicine, working with a variety of artisan food producers, in restaurants, consulting, business management and with organizations promoting urban food sustainability. I help natural brands and wellness companies create clever products and content to engage and retain their audience.

I am a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York, the Yerba Buena School of Herbal Medicine, and a member of the Functional Nutrition Alliance. I have a special affinity for healing, natural foods, supplements and cosmetics. Nourishment is a very powerful vehicle for change at any level and in any form. I consider it a privilege to work with high integrity companies that want to build their relationship to consumers that support the ethics of the brand itself. I do product innovation and brand strategy with Parisi Consulting, a branding agency in Portland, OR. I am also the Commodore of the Oregon Women's Sailing Association and explore the art of scent and perfume making in my spare time.
